Tuesday 10/10/23 GYM 37th Anniversary WOD

Can you believe it's been 37 YEARS since I opened BusyBODIES, now CrossFit Sebring? I transitioned to CrossFit in 2010 because I LOVE the simple, primal, get-it-done mentality. The methodology, the community, the judgement-free atmosphere we have created at CrossFit Sebring is one of the best accomplishments of my life. Thank you ALL for being a part of our mutual journey!
